Colleen McKay Wharton: 2017 Public Health Partner of the Year Award to Colleen McKay Wharton, Program Manager of Rutgers School of Public Health, Center for Public Health Workforce Development. Colleen has supported NJAPHNA with her current position at Rutgers. With the collaboration and resources she has provided educational opportunities for NJAPHNA members. The award is in recognition of her collaboration with and positive impact on the Public Health Nursing community.
